Requirements
- Experience in product operations, product management, business operations, program management, or a related field; SaaS or technology experience is preferred.
- Ability to design, implement, and improve processes that strengthen cross-functional collaboration, accountability, efficiency, and execution.
- Strong understanding of software product development lifecycles and how Product, Engineering, and Design teams plan, prioritize, build, and launch software.
- Ability to define KPIs, develop performance scorecards, interpret operational data, and turn insights into recommendations.
- Experience influencing stakeholders across departments, working with senior leadership, and driving organizational change without relying solely on formal authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex information clearly and facilitating discussions.
- Practical experience using AI-powered tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, or strengthen operational processes.
- Critical-thinking skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying problems and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and take ownership of improvements in a fast-growing, fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the operating model for Product, Engineering, and Design.
- Develop and maintain scorecards, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership.
- Establish and manage launch-readiness processes for releases and product changes.
- Strengthen collaboration among Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and bottlenecks, then implement scalable solutions.
- Integrate AI tools into daily operations to streamline workflows, analysis, and repetitive tasks.
- Partner with senior leaders and functional teams to influence operational decisions and drive adoption of improved processes.
- Evaluate operational mechanisms, refine effective processes, and eliminate outdated ones.
