Requirements

Responsibilities
- Treat the Product organization’s operating model as a product and improve how PMs, designers, and engineers plan, prioritize, launch, and learn.
- Build scorecards that give leadership visibility without requiring status updates.
- Run launch-readiness processes so Sales and Customer Success know what is shipping before it ships.
- Identify friction slowing collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Design.
- Improve processes even when the work falls outside formal ownership.
- Use AI in daily work.
- Review and retire mechanisms that are no longer effective.
