Requirements
- Bring experience as a senior operator, likely from product management, product operations, or program management.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.
- Be able to pull analyses using tools such as Looker and build a data-driven case.
- Have experience in government, public-sector, or B2G contexts, or with mission-driven and nonprofit organizations.
- Have experience running OKR or performance-versus-plan processes at scale.
- Work effectively with senior, strong-willed leaders and support them in taking ownership.
- Synthesize complex information and communicate strategy clearly in writing.
- Be comfortable constructively challenging partners and leaders and simplifying decisions and meetings.
- Bring composure when working amid interpersonal complexity.
Responsibilities
- Own the connection between long-term strategy and functional leads' near-term execution.
- Run organization-wide performance-versus-plan and OKR processes, including planning cycles, metrics, reporting cadence, and cross-team dependencies.
- Facilitate cross-functional reviews, document decisions and action items, and clarify ownership and escalation paths.
- Build impact-progress updates and coordinate organization-wide communications with the Director of Talent.
- Develop analyses to diagnose core metrics and support business cases for strategic initiatives and resourcing decisions.
- Partner with leaders on strategic challenges and use impact data to inform performance management and promotions.
- Track the critical-path portfolio, including funded and unfunded work, to inform planning and resourcing.
- Improve operational methods, templates, tools, and processes and share effective practices across teams.
- Define requirements for revenue operations systems and measurement of cloud or personnel costs, and help assess AI and tooling ROI.
