Requirements
- Have 2+ years of provider data experience with a health insurance company.
- Have 1+ year of direct people management experience.
- Have 1+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Have 1+ years of experience working with teams in multiple locations and multiple disciplines.
- Bachelor's degree is listed as a bonus qualification.
- Lean Six Sigma or Process Improvement certification is listed as a bonus qualification.
- Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities are listed as a bonus qualification.
- Experience solving complex inquiries and managing projects are listed as bonus qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Hire and manage a team, including performance management, growth and development, and associated HR administrative tasks.
- Monitor dashboards and operational KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and develop action plans when issues arise.
- Use knowledge of daily team work to make volume-based decisions that serve customers.
- Lead team huddles and provide guidance to help colleagues achieve daily operational objectives.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities for the production team.
- Identify and close gaps in existing operational workflows.
- Collaborate across production and other teams to implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
