Job Details

Experience: 3–5 years as a business systems / GTM systems engineer (or similar)

Have 3–5 years of experience as a business systems or GTM systems engineer, or in a similar role.
Have experience building, integrating, and automating systems rather than working only on ticket-based administration.
Be comfortable writing code for scripting, APIs, and light application work, and selecting no-code or low-code approaches when appropriate.
Have hands-on experience with git and CI/CD for shipping changes to production.
Have shipped AI automations or agents, or have substantial experience using AI coding tools on production systems.
Have experience with a modern GTM stack, including CRM, sequencing or engagement, enrichment, and an iPaaS or integration layer.
Be able to explain tradeoffs to non-engineers without relying on excessive jargon.
Salesforce experience is a plus.
Salesforce Admin or Platform Developer certifications, travel or marketplace experience, Data Cloud or Agentforce experience, or experience moving a systems team toward engineering practices are nice to have.

Build and connect systems that support Engine’s go-to-market motion, including CRM, engagement, enrichment, and automation.
Develop integrations, internal tooling, and workflows that span multiple platforms.
Ship changes through git and CI/CD rather than one-off manual deployments.
Integrate AI into production workflows to reduce manual work.
Use AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code with review and testing.
Work with RevOps, Sales, and Growth to turn business problems into maintainable systems.
