Have experience managing advertising budgets and working toward performance targets.
Have strong analytical skills and make data-driven decisions.
Be familiar with advertising metrics, reporting tools, and performance analysis.
Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Be organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Bring a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
Develop advertising strategies aligned with business goals and performance targets.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and segmentation.
Perform A/B testing across ad creatives, messaging, audiences, and campaign strategies.
Manage advertising budgets and allocate resources to maximize performance.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop advertising content.
Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Stay up to date with advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
