Requirements
- Have 1+ year in a commercial B2C product company as a Product Manager or Growth Product Manager.
- Have personally owned a metric and be able to show its change as “from A to B.”
- Generate hypotheses independently and move work forward without waiting to be asked.
- Use data and numbers to form decisions, including identifying questions and investigating them.
- Have built a repeatable AI agent, automation, or pipeline; experience using chat tools alone is not the stated qualification.
- Understand what an API is and communicate effectively with developers.
- Have Upper Intermediate English.
- Email marketing or retention-channel experience is an advantage.
- Understanding of email deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and sender reputation, is an advantage.
- Experience with Jira and sprint-based development processes is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Own retention, reactivation, and revenue metrics across email, push, and other channels for internal apps.
- Build the lifecycle and retention system, including channels, segments, triggers, and connecting logic.
- Find growth opportunities in data, form hypotheses, run A/B tests, and bring winning tests to production.
- Define requirements for the martech product and drive delivery with engineering, product, and analytics.
- Launch new projects and integrate them into the martech stack so each new app has lifecycle communication from day one.
- Track key metrics and sending health, including volumes, deliverability, and conversion, and act on anomalies.
- Build processes and documentation to make launching new channels and projects repeatable.
