Requirements
- Have 3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in EdTech, SaaS, or Consumer Tech.
- Have shipped at least one major feature or product end-to-end and be able to show measurable results.
- Use Figma comfortably and prototype directly.
- Be able to build AI agents or demonstrate the ability to learn while applying.
- Be a native French speaker.
- Be fluent in English and able to discuss specific details with English-speaking colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Translate the founder’s strategic vision into a clear product strategy.
- Build and maintain a roadmap connecting business goals, user outcomes, and technological innovation.
- Talk to users weekly, analyze patterns, and identify where transformation breaks.
- Turn behavioral science, coaching psychology, and learning design insights into product hypotheses.
- Validate ideas through MVPs and experiments using Lean Startup methodology and scientific thinking.
- Define experiments and measurable success metrics before building, and iterate weekly on hypotheses.
- Define and track activation, retention, and transformation metrics, connecting product data to business KPIs.
- Design AI-powered coaching loops, feedback, rituals, and personalized experiences.
