Requirements
- Travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Maintain reliable transportation.
- Use a computer daily.
- Work occasional evening and weekend schedules.
- Be able to lift 35 pounds and occasionally more than 35 pounds.
- Work Monday through Friday on a day shift, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with partner physicians and office staff through visits, calls, and follow-up.
- Support practice onboarding by reviewing partnership expectations, introducing site contacts, and providing referral instructions and approved materials.
- Educate physicians and office teams on active and upcoming studies using approved materials.
- Coordinate clinical questions with the research team.
- Help practices follow referral and patient-identification workflows, identifying barriers and coordinating solutions with site operations and recruitment.
- Support physician education, bidirectional referral, and virtual sub-investigator partnership programs.
- Document physician engagement and contracted activities, and coordinate payment documentation and follow-up.
- Maintain CRM records and communicate relationship activity, referral barriers, and engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Physician Engagement team and Research Concierge during partnership transitions, escalating concerns as needed.
