Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of experience in customer success, deployment, or post-sale roles.
- Demonstrate accountability for GRR, NRR, and adoption outcomes.
- Have domain credibility in law enforcement, public sector, cyber, national security, financial crime, or blockchain intelligence.
- Have built repeatable production AI workflows that synthesize data from multiple sources and produce measurable results.
- Be able to explain workflow data logic and where human judgment remains in the loop.
- Work independently, set priorities, and deliver without constant direction.
- Demonstrate executive presence in QBRs with senior government or public sector stakeholders.
- Be based in the UK or Europe and comfortable working with customers across EMEA.
- Additional European languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and activate EMEA public sector accounts across TRM products, with measurable hands-on-keyboard usage.
- Build production customer-success workflows using AI, ChurnZero, Salesforce, Gong, and product usage telemetry.
- Define and track adoption benchmarks, consumption rates, and account-specific success metrics.
- Identify at-risk accounts before renewal decisions are made.
- Develop use cases with investigators and analysts, including for Ardence, and share findings with the wider team.
- Run executive business reviews and QBRs with public sector agencies and regulators across EMEA.
- Partner with Account Directors to support renewals and expansion and take accountability for adoption-driven GRR and NRR outcomes.
- Synthesize customer adoption blockers, feature gaps, and use-case opportunities into actionable Product feedback.
