Job Details

Have 0 to 2 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or operations; internships and relevant coursework are considered.
Hold an associate's or bachelor's degree.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Have good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Have clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Be proficient with Excel or similar tools.
ERP or order management system familiarity is preferred; willingness to learn is essential.
Exposure to software licensing or entitlement management is a plus.

Schedule hardware shipments and coordinate carriers, tracking, and delivery confirmation for physical orders.
Process software license orders, send license keys or entitlements, and confirm customer receipt.
Execute hardware shipments and license deliveries accurately and on time against service level expectations.
Identify and troubleshoot routine shipment, inventory, license delivery, and entitlement issues; escalate complex issues to senior team members.
Track fulfillment metrics, including on-time shipment, backlog, and exceptions, and flag trends or concerns.
Coordinate with Order Management, Finance, Warehouse, and Operations to align shipment activity with billing, inventory records, and customer commitments.
Maintain accurate shipment, license, and fulfillment data in company systems.
Gather inventory movement, shipping, and license delivery documentation for audit and compliance requests.
Follow established procedures and suggest improvements to daily processes.
