Requirements
- Have 5+ years of product management, technical founder, or marketplace systems experience at the intersection of algorithmic decision-making, economics, and infrastructure.
- Have experience with a two-sided marketplace, exchange, or price matching engine.
- Understand marketplace liquidity, price discovery, supply-demand balancing, and trust systems.
- Bring software engineering experience, a Computer Science background, or equivalent technical depth.
- Understand API design and engineering constraints, and partner closely with engineers to scope, sequence, and ship complex projects iteratively.
- Understand LLM inference stacks, including caching, batching, and quantization tradeoffs affecting cost and performance.
- Use coding agents to analyze data, prototype workflows, and validate specifications.
- Understand inference-stack economics, including modeling margin and capacity tradeoffs and designing incentives for customers, providers, and the platform.
- Translate technical and economic problems into clear written strategies, engage directly with users and partners, and ship quickly.
Responsibilities
- Own the Provider Marketplace roadmap, including the provider dashboard, self-serve APIs, onboarding pipelines, and traffic prioritization, pricing, and quality mechanisms.
- Design, test, and scale market primitives such as auctions, committed capacity, and dynamic pricing.
- Build buyer-side purchasing controls and provider-side capacity tools to support new markets.
- Structure priority lanes, dedicated enterprise capacity, and flex tiers around customer reliability, provider margins, and the business model.
- Build continuous evaluations, routing scorecards, and real-time failure diagnostics to help providers improve quality.
- Partner with Engineering, Provider Development, and Provider Operations to automate onboarding, model staging, pricing updates, and health checks through self-serve APIs.
- Analyze request logs, routing metrics, and unit economics to identify unmet demand, stranded capacity, or broken incentives.
- Turn findings into clear specifications and shipped product.
