Job Details

Have senior product design experience, ideally in health, consumer, behavior change, or regulated products.
Provide 1 to 3 shipped case studies showing the problem, your role, decisions, and measurable impact.
Demonstrate strong UX and UI craft, including visual hierarchy, typography, motion, and attention to detail.
Present high-fidelity prototypes and walk through them; Figma and AI tools such as Claude or Lovable are mentioned.
Use AI tools practically on a daily basis and be enthusiastic about trying new ones.
Be fluent in Figma, including components, variables, and tokens.
Have experience working closely with engineers and communicating clearly and concisely.
Include a public portfolio website with your application.
AI-ready design systems, mobile apps, connected devices, and simple prototypes in code are nice to have.

Own product areas from first idea to shipped result.
Set measures for the work and own whether it succeeds.
Turn research, feedback, and data into clear decisions.
Create working prototypes with AI tools and the design system.
Work daily with design engineers and product managers, and unblock them quickly.
Take over existing product design work and maintain its quality.
