Requirements
- Have a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or similar roles.
- Provide a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UX and UI work across complex digital products.
- Have experience independently managing the complete product design process, from initial requirements to final UI delivery.
- Understand UX principles, information architecture, user flows, and interaction design.
- Demonstrate strong UI design skills and attention to visual quality, consistency, typography, and usability.
- Have advanced Figma proficiency, including components, variants, Auto Layout, and design systems.
- Have experience designing complex web applications, SaaS platforms, or other digital products.
- Create clear, structured, implementation-ready design documentation.
- Have hands-on experience using AI tools in everyday product design workflows.
- Understand how to prepare designs, components, and specifications for AI-assisted development teams.
- Be able to drive design activities independently and take ownership.
- Communicate and present effectively, manage stakeholders, and work directly with clients.
- Have English at C1 level or higher, including confidence in client meetings and design presentations.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process for digital products and features.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into product experiences.
- Design user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Create polished interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Work directly with international clients to understand requirements and present design solutions.
- Propose improvements and challenge requirements when better solutions are possible.
- Explain design decisions based on usability, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Create and maintain reusable Figma components and design systems.
- Prepare structured, development-ready designs, specifications, and component states.
- Collaborate with developers and use AI-powered tools to support design exploration, prototyping, documentation, and handoff.
