Requirements
- Have 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer working on digital products.
- Bring experience designing complex B2B, SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, or admin products.
- Demonstrate strong product thinking across user scenarios, product goals, and system constraints.
- Balance usability, consistency, technical feasibility, and innovation in complex systems.
- Apply systems thinking, attention to detail, and a structured, systematic approach.
- Use Figma proficiently, including complex flows, components, variants, and interactive prototypes.
- Communicate design decisions clearly and constructively with product and engineering teams.
- Experience with cloud consoles, infrastructure platforms, developer tools, or other technically complex products is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud concepts such as virtual machines, compute resources, networking, storage, quotas, permissions, or monitoring is a plus.
- Experience with UX research, usability testing, customer interviews, or feedback analysis is a plus.
- Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript terminology for communicating with engineers is a plus.
- Experience working with design systems at scale is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for Compute features in Nebius Console, from discovery and problem framing through delivery, launch, and iteration.
- Design scalable workflows for cloud infrastructure resource creation, configuration, management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Translate business goals, technical constraints, and user needs into user journeys, information architecture, and interaction models.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, UX Researchers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Explore and validate design hypotheses using user insights, prototypes, product data, and user feedback.
- Present design solutions, trade-offs, and rationale to cross-functional teams.
- Work with engineers during implementation to support high-quality execution and consistency.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Nebius Console design system.
- Participate in design reviews, critiques, and shared-pattern development.
