Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Be proficient in Japanese at least at N3 level.
- Have 2–3 years of experience working with Japanese clients.
- Have portfolio onboarding experience, including knowledge of ETL and data mapping.
- Have sound knowledge of MS Office; Excel skills are required.
- Have good analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Be able to prioritize individual workload across multiple projects.
- Intellectual Property experience is preferred.
- Prior Anaqua AQX or RH knowledge is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patent and trademark portfolio audits.
- Migrate portfolios into SaaS-based software using Excel or similar tools.
- Manage project delivery to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Update software databases.
- Communicate with clients and attorneys over conference calls as required.
- Keep abreast of commercial IP law updates.
- Prioritize individual workload across multiple projects.
- Understand internal and external customer requirements and implement improvement ideas.
