Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in Finance, Collections, or Accounts Receivable.
- Have excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Be customer-centric.
- Have good problem-solving skills.
- Work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (US time), Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers on open and overdue invoices.
- Handle case escalations and complex invoices.
- Coordinate with universities, student organizations, and companies on invoice payments.
- Track and report overall collections metrics.
- Apply check and Venmo payments to invoices.
- Take card payments over the phone.
- Apply discounts and refunds to invoices.
- Analyze invoice-level and portfolio-level data to prioritize collection efforts and drive timely payments.
- Take ownership of projects that can improve the process.
