Requirements
- Have experience within tech, product, digital media, or entertainment.
- Have experience handling metadata.
- Have experience moderating language content in the target language.
- Demonstrate full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Have native-level fluency in Punjabi.
- Bring broad knowledge of and passion for music, musicians, and genres.
- Be self-motivated and able to handle repetitive tasks.
- Be highly detail-oriented and able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Follow detailed style guides and documented processes consistently.
- Be flexible to support additional projects aligned with business needs.
- Mac OS proficiency is preferred.
Responsibilities
- QC and sync lyrical content in Hindi and Punjabi.
- Edit and QC metadata to meet style guide requirements.
- Ensure content meets style and quality requirements before reaching the audience.
- Evaluate internal and external content against quality standards.
- Identify issues and inconsistencies across large volumes of content and make sound judgments within established guidelines.
- Collaborate with local and international teams.
- Identify recurring errors and support process improvements.
- Adapt as products and priorities evolve.
