Requirements
- Speak Hindi and Punjabi natively or fluently.
- Have excellent English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a sales role.
- Have a high-speed internet connection, personal computer, and headset.
- Be available to work New York time-zone shifts of 9 am–6 pm or 2 pm–11 pm.
- Have problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle a large number of customer calls while maintaining a high level of service.
- Provide customers with in-depth details about the company's electric bikes.
- Arrange appointments and manage deliveries.
- Address customer concerns and objections to support customer satisfaction and trust.
- Use proven selling techniques to convert potential customers into clients.
