Requirements
- Have 3+ years of progressively responsible experience.
- Hold an accounting degree.
- Demonstrate high proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Have experience with multi-entity, multi-currency organizations.
- Use AI tools such as Copilot and Claude to drive process improvements.
- Be able to work in a remote environment.
- Bilingual English and Spanish fluency in spoken and written communication is preferred.
- CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent credentials with public accounting experience are a bonus.
- International group and IFRS experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to various finance functions.
- Implement systems, software, processes, and procedures.
- Maintain controls over accounting transactions.
- Assist with issuing timely and accurate monthly financial statements.
- Ensure clients are invoiced timely and accurately.
- Facilitate collection efforts and apply client payments.
- Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed within deadlines.
- Assist with annual audit requests.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and support special projects.
