Requirements
- Have 2+ years of quota-carrying post-sales, customer success, or account management experience.
- Bring experience preferably from an enterprise SaaS organization.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and the ability to close large, complex contracts.
- Collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional partners, including Rev Ops and Biz Tech.
- Work effectively with customer-facing Sales and Success counterparts.
- Show ability and eagerness to grow business strategically by creating processes and initiatives.
- Understand enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology.
- Have a consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals.
- Thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Own, drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the account team to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships.
- Build foundational processes and playbooks for the renewals role with cross-functional partners.
- Engage key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to on-time commitments.
- Maintain and report an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals in the territory.
- Negotiate and execute renewal contracts in partnership with Legal, aligning them with customer goals.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities at contract renewal.
- Develop a renewal engagement playbook to maximize revenue retention.
