Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience leading financial statement audits.
- Experience with SOX testing.
- Experience documenting internal controls.
- Experience reviewing audit methodology and workpapers.
- Project management proficiency.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple customers, projects, and requests with little direct oversight.
- Ability to problem-solve while managing several customers.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to take ownership of projects end-to-end and complete them with minimal direction or oversight.
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular customer engagement from sales handoff through value realization.
- Create implementation plans that outline customer goals and the activities needed to achieve them.
- Review onboarding progress regularly and adapt plans where necessary.
- Cultivate customer champions and grow their knowledge of Fieldguide.
- Communicate customer needs to Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
- Identify customer success risks and develop action plans to mitigate them.
- Document customer case studies, use cases, and success metrics.
- Track customer progress against adoption maps and plot value realization over time.
