Requirements
- Have 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or technical solution delivery.
- Bring experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Project Lead, or in an equivalent delivery-focused engineering leadership role.
- Have strong project management experience.
- Bring hands-on experience with Salesforce capabilities, custom workflows, system administration or development, and enterprise third-party integrations.
- Have hands-on experience building, configuring, or enabling AI agents, conversational assistants, and intelligent automation workflows.
- Have practical familiarity with Claude, Agentforce, or comparable LLM agent-building architectures.
- Understand enterprise solution architecture, REST/SOAP APIs, systems integration, and secure enterprise application design.
- Communicate in English for interviews, documentation, and daily work.
- Be available to overlap with U.S. Central Standard Time until at least 11:00 AM CST.
- Nice to have: Salesforce development experience with Apex or Lightning Web Components, platform administration, or Solution Architecture.
- Nice to have: knowledge of prompt design, multi-agent orchestration, grounding patterns, retrieval grounding, or AI workflow evaluation.
- Nice to have: experience directing Agile/Scrum cross-functional delivery, familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure, and relevant Salesforce, Generative AI, or cloud certifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of initiatives spanning Salesforce, AI agent platforms, API integrations, and automated enterprise workflows.
- Architect scalable, maintainable solutions across Salesforce and external services.
- Guide and implement agent-building solutions using Claude and Agentforce, including prompt workflows, agent orchestration, and user-facing agent experiences.
- Partner with stakeholders, product managers, solution architects, and engineering teams to define scope, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
- Conduct technical design reviews, configuration audits, and code reviews.
- Enforce platform security, reliability, best practices, and enterprise compliance.
- Mentor developers and engineers, remove technical obstacles, and drive engineering standards.
- Coordinate delivery across geographically distributed cross-functional teams.
