Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10–13 years of software engineering experience.
- At least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Python with FastAPI preferred, or Java.
- Experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Experience developing REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with asynchronous processing such as Celery or similar tools.
- Experience with AWS cloud services.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization.
- Understanding of microservices architectures and distributed systems design.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring and observability frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design of full-stack applications spanning frontend interfaces, backend services, and cloud infrastructure.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentor developers across frontend and backend domains.
- Define coding standards, maintain code quality, and conduct code reviews.
- Drive end-to-end delivery from architecture and development through deployment and maintenance.
- Architect backend services using Python/FastAPI or Java with Spring Boot or Quarkus.
- Design and implement scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Build asynchronous processing pipelines and microservices using tools such as Celery, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
- Develop ReactJS and TypeScript applications, reusable UI components, and responsive interfaces.
- Deploy and optimize applications on AWS and implement CI/CD, automated testing, and environment provisioning.
- Lead system design discussions on scalability, distributed architecture, caching, event-driven patterns, and security.
