Requirements
- Experience using Terraform to provision and manage resources deployed to public cloud platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of network security, data center networking, and software-defined networking.
- A degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of consulting experience or equivalent experience.
- Experience working as a technical lead on small- to medium-sized technical networking projects.
- Relevant expert-level industry certification, such as CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure or AWS Network Specialty.
- Strong consulting and interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead client discussions and guide clients toward solutions.
- Ability to work independently and effectively with teams and partners, including mentoring and training team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, deployment, and automation efforts related to public cloud platforms.
- Serve as a technical escalation point and drive incidents and problems through resolution.
- Keep client stakeholders and project managers informed of project status throughout the project life cycle.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in cross-functional client workshops and engagements.
- Develop client assessment and design deliverables, including written documents and low-level diagrams.
- Support and mentor less experienced team members through training sessions and on-the-job mentoring.
- Track and report travel and expenses and weekly time in accordance with company policies.
