Have 2–3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or related roles.
Demonstrate strong programming skills in Python, C#, or TypeScript.
Have experience developing AI-powered applications using large language models.
Have hands-on experience with prompt engineering, tool calling, agent frameworks, and AI orchestration.
Have experience building AI assistants, copilots, and intelligent agents.
Know MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI integration patterns.
Have experience integrating enterprise systems using REST APIs, OAuth, and event-driven architectures.
Have experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar AI automation platforms.
Have hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, or cloud-based services.
Understand workflow orchestration, human-in-the-loop processes, and approval workflows.
Understand AI safety, output validation, access controls, and secure development practices.
Have experience testing, troubleshooting, and supporting AI applications in production.
Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Design AI assistants, agents, and intelligent automation solutions.
Build AI-powered applications using large language models.
Integrate enterprise systems using REST APIs, OAuth, and event-driven architectures.
Implement AI solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar platforms.
Use Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, or other cloud-based services.
Maintain and support AI applications in production.
