Requirements
- Have 2+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or a related role for mid-level positions; 5+ years for senior positions.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on Python skills and write clean, efficient, well-documented, production-quality code.
- Have experience designing, training, optimizing, and independently deploying ML models.
- Have experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Have experience building GenAI and LLM systems, including RAG pipelines, chatbot architectures, and applications using tools such as LangChain.
- Be familiar with MLOps and production ML practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD for ML workflows.
- Have experience deploying and scaling ML systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Demonstrate performance optimization and debugging skills, including diagnosing complex issues and improving reliability and efficiency.
- Experience working with stakeholders or clients is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy production ML and LLM-based systems, including RAG, agentic workflows, fine-tuning, and embeddings.
- Own technical delivery from architecture and prototyping through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Work with client engineering and product teams to translate business needs into scoped technical solutions.
- Mentor and support ML engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
- Help shape internal best practices, tooling, and technical standards.
- Represent TensorOps in client conversations and workshops, and optionally at industry conferences.
