Requirements
- Strong Python programming skills and experience building production-ready applications.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
- Practical knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or similar tools.
- Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures.
- Experience developing AI agents, orchestrating workflows and integrating external tools.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in enterprise environments or projects of comparable complexity.
- Very good English, allowing effective communication with international technical and business teams.
- Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Databricks and AI integration with data platforms is a plus.
- Experience designing enterprise-level AI architectures is a plus.
- Experience deploying and maintaining multi-agent systems in production is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead or AI Architect is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy applications powered by LLMs and Agentic AI.
- Build multi-agent systems and AI-driven workflows.
- Develop, implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Integrate AI components with external tools, APIs and business systems.
- Contribute to AI platforms and reusable components used across multiple teams.
- Ensure the quality, scalability, performance and reliability of production AI solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, Data Engineers and business stakeholders.
- For senior and lead-level positions, contribute to technical architecture and guide engineering decisions.
