Requirements
- Have proven experience building systems that directly impacted growth or revenue.
- Bring an end-to-end systems-thinking approach.
- Have experience building workflows using APIs, automation tools, or code.
- Have hands-on experience with AI tools, agents, or LLM-powered workflows.
- Demonstrate ownership by moving ideas toward measurable impact.
- Have experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Have experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Be proficient with LLM APIs and AI agent frameworks.
- Have light Python or scripting skills for custom integrations.
- Be familiar with data pipelines and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Architect and scale GTM systems across sales, marketing, and product.
- Build AI agents and workflows to automate key parts of the funnel.
- Orchestrate tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot into a unified revenue system.
- Turn product and user data into actionable growth signals.
- Design workflows for lead scoring, routing, outbound triggers, and onboarding.
- Define how AI is used across the customer lifecycle.
- Partner with founders on growth strategy, experiments, and priorities.
