Requirements
- Have experience in feature engineering or data engineering on Databricks with Unity Catalog.
- Have advanced SQL skills.
- Have advanced Python skills.
- Have knowledge of data governance, lineage, and data quality, including DQX.
- Be familiar with naming conventions and metadata standards.
- Feature Store certification (Fundamentals or Expert) is a nice-to-have.
- Experience with financial data is a nice-to-have.
- Experience developing AI agents or agentic infrastructure, such as Mosaic AI Agent Framework, agent orchestration, or MCP, is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Design transactional and credit behavior features, including frequency, recency, amount, digital engagement, and delinquency, for the risk model.
- Implement features with standard metadata, including descriptions, primary and foreign keys, lineage, owner, tags, data lifecycle, and temporality.
- Apply D1/D2 design to maximize feature reuse.
- Follow the deployment pipeline from bundle validation through DDLs to PRD.
- Monitor jobs and follow FinOps practices.
- Ensure consistency between training and production as the model's single source of truth.
