Job Details

Have proven experience as an AI Engineer, Data Scientist, or in a similar role.
Have hands-on expertise with Python.
Have hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure and Azure AI Foundry.
Have hands-on expertise with Azure AI Search and Microsoft Fabric.
Have hands-on expertise with Azure App Service and Docker.
Have experience designing and implementing AI-driven search, recommendation, or matching solutions.
Know semantic search, indexing strategies, ranking methodologies, and machine-learning-based matching techniques.
Have experience deploying and operating AI solutions in production environments.
Understand CI/CD practices, cloud governance, monitoring, and security frameworks.
Be fluent in French.

Design, develop, and improve AI-powered matching and recommendation engines.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.
Implement semantic search and advanced indexing with Azure AI Search.
Develop matching, scoring, ranking, reranking, and recommendation algorithms.
Create services for job and training recommendations, career path suggestions, and candidate profile assessments.
Deploy and manage AI solutions across Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, Azure App Service, and Docker-based environments.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines while supporting security, governance, monitoring, and compliance standards.
Expose AI capabilities through APIs and integrations with business applications.
Evaluate model performance and recommendation quality through testing and validation.
Produce technical documentation, support knowledge transfer, and contribute to platform evolution.
