Requirements

- 1-2 years of lead generation, business development or recruiting experience is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or master's from a university (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including confidence speaking with senior executives.
- Analytical and research abilities with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- A self-starter mindset: proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in fast-moving situations.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage senior industry professionals and subject-matter experts across sectors.
- Understand client project needs and deliver relevant experts within tight deadlines.
- Conduct desk research to map target industries, identify thought leaders, and analyze market landscapes.
- Build and maintain an expert network, supporting long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Coordinate scheduling, track project progress, and follow internal and client-specific protocols.
- Collaborate with international teams to support project delivery across time zones.
