Job Details

Be fluent in German; partner conversations are conducted in German.
Have proven outbound sales or business development experience, ideally in B2B phone acquisition or partner acquisition.
Be available Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 CET.
Reside in an EU member state.
Build rapport over the phone with independent sales representatives, managing directors, and sales leaders.
Demonstrate strong objection handling and disciplined follow-up.
Be comfortable with structured CRM documentation and maintaining high data quality.
Be resilient and motivated by targets.
Background in financial services, insurance, real estate, mortgage financing, energy, or telecommunications is a nice to have.
Experience as a B2B SDR, Inside Sales Representative, outbound acquisition specialist, or in partner or affiliate acquisition is a nice to have.
Exposure to broker pools, structured sales, or field sales recruiting is a nice to have.

Identify and contact self-employed commercial agents, financial and insurance brokers, and real estate professionals through structured outbound campaigns.
Pitch the sales partnership model, tailoring conversations to each prospect’s business.
Handle objections and build trust with independent sales representatives, managing directors, and sales leaders.
Qualify prospects and advance strong-fit partners through the partnership pipeline.
Manage monthly activity and conversion targets with disciplined follow-up.
Maintain CRM records of call outcomes, pipeline stages, and next steps.
Share market insights and objection patterns with the team to improve messaging and targeting.
Follow data protection, compliance, and call guidelines.
