Requirements
- Have 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, marketing strategy, or related roles.
- Demonstrate expertise using first-party data for marketing insights, personalization, and activation.
- Have solid knowledge of cross-channel marketing, including digital, media, and traditional channels.
- Bring paid digital media experience; experience in retail, CPG, pharma, finance, or travel is preferred.
- Demonstrate collaboration and interpersonal skills to influence and align diverse teams.
- Have analytical skills and a track record of using data to inform strategy and storytelling.
- Have communication and presentation experience, including presenting strategic roadmaps and performance stories to senior stakeholders.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison across sales, customer success, data cloud, and analytics teams.
- Bridge presales strategy with post-sales execution and maintain continuity of objectives.
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligned with client goals and business outcomes.
- Use Zeta Marketing Platform insights to inform and enhance client campaigns.
- Build client relationships and act as a trusted advisor and advocate.
- Facilitate collaborative client sessions to drive innovation and alignment.
- Coordinate onboarding and activation of first-party data and use audience intelligence to optimize campaigns.
- Monitor roadmap deliverables, clarify objectives, define tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify risks and opportunities in client strategies and propose solutions.
- Write and share reports explaining progress, insights, and recommendations.
