Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
- Have experience using NodeJS, TypeScript, NestJS, React, HTML, and CSS.
- Have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Have experience working with Stripe's API and other payment processing platforms.
- Be able to design systems that are secure, scalable, and resilient to failure.
- Be familiar with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Have experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- FinTech or other highly regulated industry experience is a bonus.
- Experience with real-time payment processing systems is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices, APIs, and micro-frontends integrating with Stripe and other payment gateways.
- Build secure, reliable, compliant payment solutions focused on scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
- Contribute to the software development lifecycle from concept and design through testing and deployment.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and promote software development and payments security best practices.
- Stay current on payments trends and innovations and bring ideas to the team.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to maintain system availability.
