Requirements
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years of client success, account management, or marketing experience.
- Media or digital advertising experience is preferred.
- Bring experience working on community management or social programs.
- Have business development or account management experience.
- Bring digital marketing, social execution, and copywriting experience.
- Be comfortable building new processes.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset.
- Use data to inform decisions.
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Develop AI literacy and use AI tools to enhance productivity, creativity, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Axios standards.
- Review, edit, and post listings on Marketplace boards and in the Charlotte newsletter.
- Provide timely client updates and post-campaign performance reporting.
- Promote the semi-service model to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Editorial to improve processes and the client and reader experience.
- Maintain internal tracking documents for listings, promotions, and communications.
- Track and analyze performance trends and provide data-driven recommendations for optimizations and product improvements.
