  • Show a track record of lifecycle programs that moved a revenue metric, such as pipeline, conversion, activation, retention, or expansion.
  • Have hands-on expertise with a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, or Customer.io, and build journeys directly.
  • Demonstrate strong command of segmentation, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and CRM data hygiene.
  • Have experience using product usage data to trigger and personalize campaigns.
  • Be able to run tests, build reports, read cohorts, and explain results.
  • Write sharp, concise copy that converts.
  • Work credibly across Sales, Customer Success, and Product to align teams on handoffs.
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment.
  • Have interest in using AI tools to scale personalization, content, and testing.
  • Have experience with in-app messaging or product-led growth tools such as Appcues, Pendo, or Intercom.

Responsibilities

  • Map, build, and optimize the pre-sale path from new lead to MQL, SQL, and opportunity, and recycle closed-lost and stalled opportunities into the pipeline.
  • Use lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and handoff rules to trigger and personalize nurture, and feed engagement insights back into the model.
  • Build onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal programs across HubSpot email and agents and Appcues in-app, using audiences, triggers, and timing defined by Customer Operations.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to launch new features to existing customers and drive adoption and, where applicable, upsell opportunities.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests on subject lines, content, creative, and channels, and co-design journey-logic tests with Customer Operations.
  • Own pre-sale funnel reporting and program-influenced pipeline, and jointly own post-sale program success metrics with Customer Operations.
  • Run customer advocacy, reviews, newsletters, and product update communications.
  • Use AI to automate and personalize campaigns for target audiences.
  • Maintain email deliverability, list hygiene, preference centers, and compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL.
