Requirements
- Have at least 3–5+ years of experience as a front-end developer, ideally within a scaling business.
- Demonstrate proficiency in TypeScript, Vue.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Understand the challenges of building adaptive and responsive websites.
- Care about code quality and be familiar with front-end testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Mocha, or Chai.
- Understand front-end development workflow and tooling such as Grunt, Gulp, Yeoman, or Yarn.
- Be able to solve problems in a structured way.
- Be able to communicate technical concepts clearly and structurally to colleagues.
- Be a team player, self-motivated, and able to plan and prioritise effectively.
- Have experience working as part of an Agile development team.
- Relevant OTA sector knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of modern front-end development and techniques such as BFFs or micro-frontends is a plus.
- Experience working with internal and third-party APIs is a plus.
- A degree in a related discipline is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Add features to the customer- and campsite-focused site using Vue.js.
- Work with team members and the Product Owner to suggest, design, and develop UI and UX changes.
- Suggest and implement changes to the front-end architecture of the sites.
- Contribute to design documents, discussions, and plans.
- Help improve development practices.
