Requirements
- Have 6+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Have experience building back-office tooling, admin consoles, or internal developer platforms.
- Bring strong TypeScript and Node.js skills.
- Have experience with React for dense, data-heavy user interfaces.
- Be willing to write Go for CLI tooling; this is a major plus.
- Understand internal authorization and staff access policies.
- Understand rate limiting and audit trail design.
- Be comfortable connecting external APIs.
- Be able to manage authentication contracts and external API rate limits.
- Be able to ensure data freshness.
Responsibilities
- Architect and scale the internal SysAdmin console, admin APIs, and Go-based CLI plugins.
- Enforce fine-grained permissions, staff SSO, scoped service tokens, guardrails, and immutable audit logging for high-impact actions.
- Build integrations across third-party platforms, including Salesforce, Pylon, billing platforms, and feature flags.
- Surface holistic customer state through unified integrations.
- Partner with Support, SREs, and Sales Ops to eliminate operational toil.
- Streamline crisis response workflows.
