Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of experience.
- Have strong development skills in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind, and JavaScript.
- Have backend skills in tRPC, Drizzle ORM, SQL, Node, and SST.
- Be able to work independently and own entire projects or large areas of a codebase.
- Be comfortable working across the stack, from interface to API to database.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment.
- Communicate technical problems, constraints, and timelines clearly.
- Bring experience building paid products and services; this is preferred.
- Have React Native or Expo experience; this is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship high-quality product experiences.
- Own key surfaces end to end, from concept through production, and write well-tested code.
- Follow features from the interface through the API to the database.
- Use Cursor and Claude Code to investigate, plan, build, and refactor with AI in the loop.
- Prototype quickly and validate work with real patients and care teams.
- Translate product needs into reusable, well-architected patterns.
- Build systems that clearly communicate what AI and automation are doing for patients and providers.
- Improve performance, accessibility, and reliability, and document useful AI-native workflows.
