Job Details

Have 1+ years of experience.
Have knowledge or experience with SST.
Have knowledge or experience with Drizzle.
Have knowledge or experience with Node.
Have knowledge or experience with AWS services, including SQS, EventBridge, and Lambda.
Have knowledge or experience with SQL databases.
Have knowledge or experience with database schema design.
Be able to work independently and own entire projects or large areas of the codebase.
Experience building paid products and services is preferred.
Be able to clearly articulate technical problems, constraints, and timelines.

Design, build, and ship product experiences, writing well-tested code.
Own key product surfaces from concept through production.
Follow features across the interface, API, and database.
Use Cursor and Claude Code to investigate, scaffold, and refactor, applying judgment to meet quality requirements.
Prototype and test quickly with patients and care teams, then refine features based on what is learned.
Translate product needs into reusable, well-architected patterns.
Build systems that make AI and automation understandable and trustworthy for patients and providers.
Improve performance, accessibility, and reliability, and document useful AI-native workflows.
