Requirements
- Previous experience in commissions, revenue operations, financial analysis, or data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into meaningful business insights.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Responsibilities
- Calculate partner commissions accurately and ensure payments are processed on schedule.
- Maintain commission data and generate reports for internal teams and partners.
- Provide updates on commission performance and adjustments.
- Analyze commission program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies or disputes with internal stakeholders.
- Use commission management tools and Salesforce to track partner sales performance and commission data.
- Coordinate with Partnerships GTM, Finance, Legal, and Information Systems to execute commission programs in line with policies and contracts.
