Requirements
- Have 5+ years of progressive experience in US benefits administration or analysis.
- Have direct experience supporting equity compensation programs, including UARs, RSUs, and other equity plans.
- Bring advanced knowledge of benefits compliance and administration, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
- Have advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP.
- Have hands-on experience with HRIS and benefits enrollment systems.
- Be able to manage complex data and deadlines while handling confidential information with integrity.
Responsibilities
- Administer and analyze US health, welfare, retirement, and equity programs, including UARs and RSUs.
- Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and investigate discrepancies to identify and correct root causes.
- Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate benefit deductions and timely retroactive adjustments.
- Build reports and dashboards tracking enrollment accuracy, billing variances, and equity activity.
- Drive data-informed process improvements.
- Support audits, annual filings, and vendor performance reviews.
