Requirements
- Demonstrate analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data.
- Use revenue management systems, property management systems, and other technology tools to gather data.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to determine yield strategies.
- Apply financial acumen and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and optimize property profitability.
- Bring experience driving revenue and optimizing pricing strategies in hospitality organizations or airlines.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market and demand drivers to forecast competitive-set year-over-year RevPAR change for the next 90–120 days.
- Design, implement, monitor, and execute yield strategies with the Lead Revenue Manager.
- Monitor market performance and proactively communicate changes to strategies.
- Prepare weekly strategy notes covering portfolio pickup, strategy impacts, recommendations, and forecast risks and upside.
- Conduct forecast processes with the aim of keeping financial forecasts within +/- 3% of actuals.
- Drive length-of-stay, market segment, and source mix to improve net revenue and operating profit year over year.
