Requirements
- Have 4+ years of recruiting experience within the Salesforce and/or Amazon (AWS) space.
- Be proficient with Google Suite, including Word, Sheets, and Calendar.
- Be comfortable and confident communicating by phone.
- Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting experience are a plus.
- Be competitive and goal-oriented, with appropriate attention to detail.
- Be able to establish and maintain relationships with recruited consultants.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers across the organization to understand hiring needs.
- Manage full-life-cycle recruiting, including pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, and onboarding documentation.
- Work with recruiting and operations teams to develop candidate pipelines in niche areas.
- Use standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
- Recruit and network with potential candidates through social media, networking events, college campuses, training institutes, and job fairs.
- Implement recruiting ideas and strategies to contribute to company growth.
- Maintain job posts and assist in creating standardized job descriptions.
- Create and send candidate offer letters and conduct salary negotiations.
- Coordinate candidate follow-up with practice leads and the recruiting team, and own the candidate experience.
- Ensure new-hire onboarding paperwork is completed accurately and promptly, and conduct onboarding sessions.
