Job Details

Experience in process automation, process improvement, business analysis, or a comparable role.
Experience with workflow and automation tools such as n8n.
Good technical understanding.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to combine and interpret data from different sources.
Good English skills for working in an international environment.
Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A hands-on, detail-oriented approach to business-critical workflows.

Analyze existing processes with business teams and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
Design and implement AI-powered solutions, including workflow automation and intelligent data processing.
Simplify processes before automating them, using workflow tools such as n8n, integrations, and AI solutions.
Identify automation and AI use cases, assess them with business cases, and run quick pilots.
Define KPIs such as hours saved, lead times, error rates, and costs, and track automation impact.
Document, monitor, and develop automations, including error handling, access rights, and fallbacks.
Advise business teams, manage expectations, and provide training and best practices.
Align priorities with stakeholders and collaborate with CRM, Graphic, Shop, IT, and Machine Learning teams.
