Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of experience in banking and capital markets, institutional finance, business development, partnerships, or related fields.
- Have a strong understanding of TradFi and DeFi markets and their technology infrastructure.
- Have experience working in a startup, fintech, or fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate strong relationship-management ability with institutional clients and partners.
- Preferred: Experience building commercial or technology partnerships with core banking platforms, financial software providers, market utilities, or asset servicers.
- Preferred: Experience with joint go-to-market activity, integrations, and partner-generated commercial opportunities.
- Preferred: Ability to independently manage multiple priority partnerships and coordinate business, technical, and legal stakeholders through negotiation, signing, and activation.
- Preferred: Understanding of how tokenization, interoperability, and data solutions support financial institutions and technology providers, including adoption barriers.
Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and sign strategic deals with high-priority partners.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies and business plans to drive mutual revenue growth and brand visibility.
- Manage priority partners serving tokenization and TradFi operations workflows.
- Build relationships with key decision makers and develop aligned, mutually beneficial value propositions.
- Embed Chainlink technology and products in partner operational workflows and technology stacks.
- Generate early-stage pipeline through targeted discovery and qualification based on entity needs.
