Job Details

Have 8+ years of experience developing and architecting web applications.
Have experience with declarative UI frameworks such as React or Vue.
Be proficient in JavaScript or TypeScript.
Have experience delivering major features or system components, or deprecating existing functionality, through a technical and execution plan.
Write high-quality code that is understandable and usable by others.
Be comfortable working from low-level language idioms through large-system architecture.
Demonstrate experience gathering and iterating on feedback from engineering and cross-functional peers.
Have a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Set the team's technical strategy on a year-long time scale and connect it to critical projects.
Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics throughout the product development lifecycle.
Define and advocate for technical solutions and operational processes.
Establish monitoring, triage rotations, playbooks, policies, testing, and alerting to support availability and on-call work.
Set code review and design standards, and advocate for them through writing and tech talks.
Provide feedback and guidance to develop talent on the team.
