Requirements
- Have at least 6 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, such as Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or Customer Success Engineering.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or have equivalent practical experience.
- Have a strong understanding of cloud services and architectures.
- Understand cloud security best practices.
- Hold CSP-level certifications, such as Certified Solutions Architect or Certified DevOps Engineer.
- Have experience with container technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes, and their security considerations.
- Experience building relationships with enterprise clients, driving customer success, and exceeding performance targets is preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and driving their resolution is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers on Wiz deployment and operational best practices, and help establish a Wiz Center of Excellence.
- Serve as the primary Wiz liaison for technical questions and escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other teams.
- Build trusted advisor relationships and maintain regular engagement with customer stakeholders from practitioners to C-level.
- Develop customer Success Plans with critical goals and key performance indicators.
- Measure customer progress against KPIs and report results internally and externally.
- Advocate for customer needs across departments and share information about new Wiz features.
- Identify opportunities to expand Wiz usage across customer organizations.
