Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of experience implementing SaaS platforms or other health technology solutions.
- Bring experience ideally serving hospitals, health systems, or specialty medical practices.
- Demonstrate success managing several implementation projects simultaneously and delivering on schedule.
- Be proficient with project management platforms such as Monday.com and able to maintain clear plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Have hands-on experience using AI tools to automate routine tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Bring familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) integrations and interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR; this is an advantage.
- Be organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance competing priorities across clients and workstreams.
- Be confident leading training sessions, facilitating group discussions, and presenting to stakeholders.
- Be able to build client credibility, drive accountability, and secure stakeholder engagement.
- Take a proactive, autonomous approach and responsibility for project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage concurrent implementation projects from the final stages of sales through first-patient launch and handoff to the Client Success Manager.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables; monitor progress and escalate risks or issues.
- Serve as the primary client contact, lead meetings, set expectations, and secure stakeholder commitments.
- Partner with clinical, product, and technical teams to resolve implementation challenges and coordinate technical integrations.
- Deliver tailored training for surgeons, clinicians, administrative staff, and other end users.
- Present recommendations, progress updates, and implementation guidance to client leadership.
- Use Monday.com, Confluence, and Claude to organize projects, streamline workflows, and automate routine tasks.
- Improve implementation playbooks, templates, and operating procedures.
- Mentor the Implementation Associate and help establish consistent delivery standards.
